The Combustion Inc Predictive Thermometer is what happens when a former NASA engineer gets frustrated with cooking meat. One probe. Eight evenly-spaced sensors. Real-time mapping of every temperature gradient inside your food — from the cold centre to the hot crust — simultaneously.

Most thermometers tell you what's happening. This one tells you what's going to happen. The predictive algorithm models heat transfer through your specific piece of meat and gives you a finish time before the cook is done. It measures TrueCore™ (coldest point in the meat), TrueSurface™ (surface temp), and ambient — all at once, from a probe barely 5mm wide.

It's IP69K rated. That's the highest ingress protection classification that exists. It can handle a jet of boiling water at 80 bar. Your braai won't even register. Nitrogen-flushed and hermetically sealed with a brazed ceramic bond. Sous vide? Fine. 900°F open flame? Also fine.
