how it works

pay in rands.
we handle the rest.

syndik8 is community-driven group buying for South Africa's keyboard and PC enthusiasts. the community picks the gear, we import it in one bulk order, and you pay a fixed rand price with no customs surprises, ever.

  1. 01

    the community curates

it starts with you. members suggest the gear worth importing: keycaps, boards, switches, desk kit, in our discord.

  2. 02

    the community votes

suggestions go to a poll. the winners earn a spot in the pipeline, and you can watch every candidate on the cur8 page.

  3. 03

    we contact the manufacturer

we approach the brand on the community's behalf and negotiate real wholesale pricing, confirmed in writing before anything goes live.

  4. 04

    the drop goes live

manufacturer on board → the drop opens right here, at a fixed all-in rand price. the community mobilises to fill it. if it doesn't fill, everyone gets every cent back.

  5. 05

    we import. you unbox.

one bulk order, one shipment, customs handled by us. typical drop-to-door is 6–8 weeks, with email updates the whole way.

fixed means fixed. your price is locked in rands the moment you commit. forex risk is ours.

unfilled drop = full refund. automatically, to your original payment method. no forms, no store credit.

no customs ambush. the price on the drop page includes freight, duties, VAT and clearance. done.

the community

the drops happen here.
the decisions happen on discord.

this is community-driven commerce: the website is where drops go live, but the suggesting, voting and back-and-forth all happen on our discord. that's where you shape what gets imported next.

discord opening soon

you'll hear from us

engage with a drop and we'll keep you in the loop by email: when it goes live, if anything shifts, and when your gear is due to land. no spam, just the updates that matter.
